KYC and Verification
When verification is requested
Downloading and installing the app needs no documents. Verification is requested inside the app, usually at the first withdrawal or when an account may be linked to another.
What is asked for
A national ID or passport, a photo of you holding the document, occasionally proof of address or a short video call. All of this is submitted in the app, never on this site.
How long it takes
Up to 72 hours from the moment the documents are received by the operator. Photograph the document flat, in daylight, with all corners visible.
Keep your details current
Withdrawals go only to the M-Pesa number on the account. Update it in the app before requesting a payout if your number changes.
