Refund Policy
Downloads
The app is free to download from the App Store or as an APK. This site sells nothing and takes no payments, so there is nothing to refund here.
Deposits
A deposit is not a purchase. Money deposited in the app stays yours and can be withdrawn once the turnover condition is met. A deposit withdrawn without bets is returned by the operator's security service to the same M-Pesa number after review.
Bets and bonuses
A placed bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where a market is voided. Bonus funds are not refundable and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. All of this is handled in the app.
Failed or duplicated M-Pesa payments
If M-Pesa debited your wallet but the deposit did not appear, keep the M-Pesa code and contact the operator's support in the app: the payment is traced and credited or reversed.
